We are currently shipping only within India but we are going to introduce international shipping very shortly. We currently deliver to 29 states across India. Please refer to the list of serviceable pin codes. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
We offer shipping across all cities in India. An additional sum of Rs.99 will be charged as shipping charges on all orders.
TIME OF DELIVERY
The merchandise you have ordered would be delivered within 4 weeks from the date the sale ends. www.PlainLeggings.com ensures the fastest and most efficient dispatch and delivery to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our warehouse. The goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch for all deliveries within India. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 3-5 business days of the end of sale. However, for items that are not yet in our warehouse, please allow up to 4 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. Here is the process we follow: For goods available in the warehouse, we dispatch within 2 days after the sale ends. Orders for some products are placed with the brand only after the sale is closed. After the orders are placed, suppliers take 2-3 weeks to deliver the merchandise. Post this, merchandise is checked for quality and then shipped to your destination. A tracking number will be emailed to you when we ship your order. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
DAMAGES IF ANY
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Despite our best efforts and those of our courier services, certain issues could arise before the parcel is delivered. In order to guarantee you seamless service quality, www.PlainLeggings.com promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner. While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, a card will be left for your information. A second attempt will automatically be made after 48 hour, along with a card. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your parcel for 7 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your parcel to www.PlainLeggings.com. Once the parcel has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. We will re-dispatch it to you as per your instructions at an additional cost if applicable.
You inform us of your wish to return the product within 3 days of it being delivered to you and send the Returns Form along with the return. Also, ensure that the product reaches the above address within 21 days of it being delivered to you. Please make sure the tags are intact and attached to the product and the merchandise is packed and comes back to us with the original invoice. We will accept returns only in the case of defective product(s) or size mismatch (only applicable for Stitched Apparel & Footwear).
To initiate the return: Prepare your returns package in the original box/envelope, if you still have the same. In case you don’t, please pack the returns in a cardboard box of appropriate size and strength and wrap the box in a polythene sheet and seal it with cellophane tape. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your www.PlainLeggings.com Wallet. If you want refund instead of store credit, it would be done via same mode of transaction. Refunds will be initiated in 4 - 7 working days. If you choose to exchange the item for a reason of size mismatch or receipt of a wrong item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.
Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where the Returns Policy is not applicable includes:

- Unstitched Suit Pieces, Scarves and Stoles.
- Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings

- All products under Clearance Sale.
Please do not return any products to www.PlainLeggings.com before receiving an e-mail confirmation from www.PlainLeggings.com for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at email@example.com within 24 hours with attached photographs of the defect/quality issue you are facing. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our Customer Service team will e-mail you with the details on how to return the product.
All defective products are to be returned to www.PlainLeggings.com in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice and all the tags attached to the product. Please return the product with the Return ID issued to you by the Customer Service team. Safe receipt of the defective product by www.PlainLeggings.com is the sole responsibility of the customer.
In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please return the free gift as well.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at www.PlainLeggings.com
The details of the product or product specs (colour, size etc.) as mentioned on the website are only approximate values. Since products on the website are mostly designer made, hand woven or intricately crafted and sourced from different parts of the world, there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
ABOUT STORE CREDITS
We do not issue cash refunds for returned items, but we will credit your www.PlainLeggings.com account for the full purchase amount of the returned item. However if you want refund instead of store credit, it would be done via same mode of transaction. Refunds will be initiated in 4 - 7 working days. Store credits can be used towards any item in www.PlainLeggings.com. If your store credit exceeds the total amount of your next purchase, the excess credit balance will remain in your account and will be available for use towards any future purchases. If your store credit does not cover the amount of your next purchase, you will be asked for another form of payment to cover the balance. The Order History section under "My Account" will show the status of your current order as well as any information on previous orders, including any store credits in your account. Your store credits can also be viewed on the "Check-out" page of your account.
